Bolt Selection Guide

Manutec Bolt Selection Guide

Finding the correct bolt for your trailer component isn’t always as simple as matching the diameter.

Different Manutec products and assemblies may require different bolt diameters, lengths, threads, nuts or mounting hardware.

This guide provides a quick reference for known Manutec product and bolt combinations to help you identify the correct replacement bolt or mounting hardware.

This is a working Manutec reference guide and will continue to be updated as we identify and confirm the correct bolts and mounting hardware required for products across the Manutec trailer range.

Only combinations that have been identified and confirmed by Manutec will be added to this guide.

Can’t Find Your Bolt?

If the bolt or application you’re looking for isn’t listed, some useful information to have available includes:

  • Manutec product SKU or product code
  • Component or product name
  • Bolt diameter
  • Bolt length
  • Thread size or type
  • Hole diameter
  • Where the bolt is fitted

Do not select a bolt based only on a visually similar component.

Important

This guide is intended to assist with identifying Manutec products and associated hardware.

Always confirm that the bolt dimensions, grade, thread, length and other specifications are suitable for your exact application before installation. Do not substitute a different bolt based solely on diameter or appearance.

For safety-critical applications or where the correct fastener cannot be confirmed, please contact Manutec or have the assembly checked by a suitably qualified professional.
